The web site is now activated to accept registration for the MSBOA State Jazz Ensemble (Big Band) Festival. Several sites and dates are available. 

1. Log into the website www.msboa.org 

2. Go to MSBOA Members

3. Select State Jazz Ensemble

4. Select Enter Ensemble

5. Complete the form

6. Print out the Invoice

7. Obtain signatures

8. Obtain the check for the fee(s)

9. Send to the State Office with a postmark no later than the DEADLINE -  Wednesday February 15, 2012

You will need to fill out the 2 attached forms (Below) and bring them with you to the Festival. (Also in the 2011-2012 MSBOA Yearbok)

JAZZ COMBOS

Combos are a part of the State Solo & Ensemble Festival. You will enter any Combos when you submit your entries for the State S&E. There is a Box "Jazz Combo Event Entry" (6th box down) that will guide you to entering those groups.

We hope that you will take advantage of our Jazz Festival program - recent changes with a rotating judge conducting a clinic has been extremely successful.

Also this is the "pre-lim" for students to be selected for the Michigan Youth Arts/MSBOA High School Honors Jazz Ensemble.
